Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator - Ops Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Standardize administrative processes and promote ongoing survey readiness
- Lead training and onboarding of new administrative staff while providing mentorship
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement training policies and process improvement strategies
Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; AA/AS degree preferred
- Six months of experience in an administrative support role
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office; proficiency in company applications required within 90 days of hire
- Experience in multi-location healthcare preferred; previous dialysis experience is a strong plus
