Job Summary
Administrative Coordinator, responsible for providing proactive administrative and project management support to the Head of Brand Strategy and their team in a full-time, 6-month position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive and team administrative support, including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Facilitate project management tasks, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met across cross-functional teams
- Support communication and operational activities, including travel arrangements and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior executives
- BA degree highly preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced, global business environment
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant business applications
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams
