Job Summary
Supporting Executive Directors in the Global Marketing organizations for General Medicine and Inflammation, the full-time remote Administrative Coordinator will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and facilitate effective communication across a dynamic global organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate travel logistics for Executive Directors
- Support leadership meetings and team events, ensuring effective communication and follow-through on action items
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree and 2 years of administrative experience, or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting executives in a global organization, preferably in biotechnology or healthcare
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
