Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time remote Administrative Coordinator will manage administrative tasks, including communication with clients, scheduling, and preparing reports while enhancing workflow efficiency.

Key responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external clients, handling inquiries and issues professionally
  • Complete a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, arranging travel, and preparing reports and presentations
  • Assist leadership with meeting coordination and logistics, ensuring smooth operational flow within the department
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; 2 years of administrative support experience preferred
  • Experience supporting a Marketing team is a plus if assigned to that department
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
