Job Summary
Supporting the Operations team, the full-time Administrative Coordinator will manage administrative processes, donor coordination, and financial recordkeeping in a remote work environment across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Manage organizational communications, donor records, and support quarterly board meetings
- Administer HR tasks, including document management and performance review scheduling
- Support financial operations, compliance administration, and maintain organizational systems
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Experience in nonprofit administration or project management
- Proficiency in using platforms such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and maintain accuracy under deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with a proven track record in administrative tasks
