Job Summary

Supporting the Operations team, the full-time Administrative Coordinator will manage administrative processes, donor coordination, and financial recordkeeping in a remote work environment across the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage organizational communications, donor records, and support quarterly board meetings
  • Administer HR tasks, including document management and performance review scheduling
  • Support financial operations, compliance administration, and maintain organizational systems
Required qualifications

  • Experience in nonprofit administration or project management
