Job Summary

Providing essential administrative support, the part-time Administrative Coordinator will coordinate onboarding and training logistics for newly hired clinical staff while maintaining training records and facilitating communication between departments in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding and initial training activities, including scheduling classes and distributing training materials
  • Maintain and update trainee records, tracking attendance and training progress
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for trainees, collaborating with clinicians and internal departments to resolve administrative issues
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in administration or scheduling, preferably in the healthcare industry or ABA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, TEAMS, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Experience working in an office environment
