Job Summary

Detail-oriented and dependable, the Administrative Coordinator will support an internal team with day-to-day administrative tasks in a fully remote, 90-day contract assignment.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with scheduling calls, meetings, and follow-up items
  • Update notes, records, and system information while maintaining organized documentation
  • Provide general administrative support and help track open items for completion
Required qualifications
  • Prior administrative, office, coordinator, or operations support experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills and comfort working in various systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to organize information and track updates effectively
  • Dependable and self-motivated, with the ability to work well remotely
