Job Summary
Detail-oriented and dependable, the Administrative Coordinator will support an internal team with day-to-day administrative tasks in a fully remote, 90-day contract assignment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling calls, meetings, and follow-up items
- Update notes, records, and system information while maintaining organized documentation
- Provide general administrative support and help track open items for completion
Required qualifications
- Prior administrative, office, coordinator, or operations support experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and comfort working in various systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to organize information and track updates effectively
- Dependable and self-motivated, with the ability to work well remotely
