Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time remote Administrative Coordinator will manage administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and communication with internal and external clients while ensuring efficient workflow.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage an active calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare travel itineraries for leadership
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate staff meetings and events, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared and organized
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; additional education preferred
- Two years of experience in administrative or office support roles required
- Experience supporting a Marketing team is preferred if assigned to that department
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle detailed work accurately and quickly
