Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time remote Administrative Coordinator will manage a variety of administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and preparation of reports and presentations, while ensuring effective communication with internal and external clients.
Key responsibilities
- Complete administrative tasks such as managing calendars, preparing correspondence, and arranging travel plans
- Prepare professional reports and presentations while managing daily administrative duties to enhance workflow efficiency
- Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all logistics and materials are organized and communicated effectively
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Two years of administrative or office support experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience supporting a Marketing team is preferred if assigned to that department
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle detailed work accurately and quickly
