Job Summary

Providing comprehensive support in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Administrative Coordinator will manage complex calendars, handle expense reconciliation, and oversee supply ordering while working onsite with remote flexibility one day per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Types and distributes memos, correspondence, and reports while composing documents as needed
  • Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials
  • Schedules meetings and appointments, and routes correspondence
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
