Job Summary
Providing comprehensive support in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Administrative Coordinator will manage complex calendars, handle expense reconciliation, and oversee supply ordering while working onsite with remote flexibility one day per week.
Key responsibilities
- Types and distributes memos, correspondence, and reports while composing documents as needed
- Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials
- Schedules meetings and appointments, and routes correspondence
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
