Job Summary
Providing comprehensive administrative support, the full-time Administrative Coordinator will assist the Facilities Manager with tasks such as PO creation, invoice processing, and facility support while interacting with various departments and external suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Facilities Manager, including managing purchase orders and invoice processing
- Assist with facility support tasks, including supplier management and coordination of site requests
- Utilize and maintain spreadsheets and databases to support various administrative functions
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of previous administrative or coordinator experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Refined organizational skills with an eye for detail and efficiency
