Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day operations of employee wellness initiatives, the temporary remote Administrative Coordinator will manage program data, coordinate projects, and assist with invoicing and reporting while working standard Pacific Time business hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Health Management team and assist with wellness program operations
  • Collect, organize, track, and maintain program data, reports, and documentation
  • Prepare and process program-related invoices, billing, and payment requests
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of administrative, coordinator, project support, or office support experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Adobe applications and Canva software applications is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
