Job Summary
To support efficient office operations, the full-time Administrative Coordinator will manage departmental projects, provide administrative support, and develop office procedures while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage various department projects, activities, and schedules
- Collect and organize data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting
- Perform clerical duties, including typing, filing, and operating office equipment
Required qualifications
- Two years of college or business school, or four years of equivalent experience
- Minimum three years of experience in health care administration, office, or customer service roles
- Advanced-level computer skills and proficiency in operating general office equipment
- Knowledge of Epic preferred
