Job Summary
Supporting the Division of Aging, Alzheimer's and Related Disorders, the full-time Administrative Coordinator will perform essential administrative duties, including scheduling participant visits and coordinating research study activities, while working on-site with the option for remote work two days per week after the probationary period.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Division Chief with scheduling meetings and managing correspondence for the Division of Aging
- Coordinate participant visits and logistics for research studies, including scheduling staff and managing clinic space
- Field phone calls as the primary contact for the Division and support research activities and outreach efforts
Required qualifications
- Four years of general office or secretarial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- High level of independence, organization, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with scientific and health-related terminology
