Job Summary
Providing essential administrative support for the Doctor of Occupational Therapy program, the part-time Administrative Coordinator I will manage financial processes, assist with equipment and supply ordering, and facilitate communication with clinical sites while working both remotely and on-campus in Portland, OR.
Key responsibilities
- Support administrative functions of the Occupational Therapy Doctoral Program, including supply ordering and communication with faculty and students
- Assist in managing student placement requirements and compliance documentation for fieldwork and doctoral capstone projects
- Maintain professional communication with external partners and manage databases related to student progress and compliance
Required qualifications
- Associate level education or equivalent experience
- Experience with administrative tasks and proficiency in office productivity software, particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and familiarity with FERPA and HIPAA guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and establish strong working relationships
- Willingness to learn and take on increased responsibilities, including occasional evening and weekend hours
