Job Summary
A company is looking for a Full-Time Administrative Coordinator - Street Medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clinical and outreach schedules, coordinating calendars for team members
- Facilitate onboarding for new staff and track completion of required documentation
- Monitor consult requests, track patient volume, and maintain financial records and metrics
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in administration, healthcare, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Experience in a healthcare or academic setting is preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and a commitment to health equity
