Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full-Time Administrative Coordinator - Street Medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain clinical and outreach schedules, coordinating calendars for team members
  • Facilitate onboarding for new staff and track completion of required documentation
  • Monitor consult requests, track patient volume, and maintain financial records and metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in administration, healthcare, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
  • Experience in a healthcare or academic setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems and a commitment to health equity
