Job Summary
Directing the programs and services of the Markey Cancer Affiliate Network, the full-time MCCAN Administrative Director will manage budgets, contracts, and quality assurance while establishing strategic partnerships with affiliate hospitals in a remote work arrangement.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the MCCAN programs, services, and personnel to ensure high-quality cancer care
- Manage budgets and contracts, ensuring compliance with performance standards
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with affiliate hospitals
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of five years of healthcare management experience, preferably with an oncology focus
- Experience in administrative leadership and program management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in community outreach and oncology program development preferred
