Job Summary
Leading the Client Service Associates for the Managed Programs Team, the full-time Administrative Manager with FINRA Licenses will oversee centralized administrative operations, ensuring exceptional support for Financial Advisors while working aligned with West Coast hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and direct management of Client Service Associates
- Partner with internal teams to advance operational excellence and support the Employee Affiliation Model
- Drive adoption of scalable processes and best practices that enhance advisor and client experiences
Required qualifications:
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days
- 2+ years of experience working with Financial Advisors and support teams
- 2+ years of brokerage/financial services industry knowledge
- Demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing teams
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
