Job Summary

To support the operational execution of KOL programs and events, the full-time remote Administrative & Marketing Operations Coordinator will manage contracts, invoicing, event logistics, and content coordination while ensuring timely project completion from Mexico.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage purchase orders, contracts, invoicing, and payment tracking for KOL engagements
  • Coordinate event logistics, timelines, and communications while managing workflows within Asana
  • Build and maintain weekly reporting for KOL, webinar, referral, and event performance
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or marketing operations
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Experience managing multiple projects and tracking systems simultaneously
  • Familiarity with contract management platforms such as DocuSign
  • Strong written communication skills
