Job Summary
To support the operational coordination of global employer partnership projects, the remote, fixed-term Administrative Operations Associate will manage documentation, data accuracy, contracting, and invoicing processes while ensuring smooth internal operations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and organize operational documents, trackers, and internal records
- Support the preparation and filing of contracts and invoicing workflows
- Assist with the synthesis of data into clear updates for internal stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative operations or program administration
