Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Administrative Operations Coordinator will manage high-stakes calendar scheduling, oversee meeting logistics, and maintain digital workspace organization while supporting a team of educational consultants in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary handler for team calendars and orchestrate complex meetings across multiple time zones
- Manage end-to-end meeting logistics, including agenda preparation and live session support
- Centralize and validate data across operational platforms while ensuring standardized documentation and effective cross-functional communication
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a top university in the Philippines
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom is required
- Prior experience in project management, data analysis, or administrative roles is preferred
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in education consulting or college admissions is a plus
