Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Administrative Operations Coordinator will manage high-stakes calendar scheduling, oversee meeting logistics, and maintain digital workspace organization while supporting a team of educational consultants in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary handler for team calendars and orchestrate complex meetings across multiple time zones
  • Manage end-to-end meeting logistics, including agenda preparation and live session support
  • Centralize and validate data across operational platforms while ensuring standardized documentation and effective cross-functional communication
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a top university in the Philippines
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom is required
  • Prior experience in project management, data analysis, or administrative roles is preferred
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in education consulting or college admissions is a plus
