Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admin Project Manager to provide administrative support for the Office of Legislative and Public Affairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative affairs and coordinate administrative tasks
  • Maintain the client's calendar, schedule appointments, and prepare meeting materials
  • Accurately enter information into databases and compile various reports
Qualifications
  • Degree in communications, public relations, marketing, data analytics, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of professional writing and editing experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative coordination or project management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with databases and report creation
  • Familiarity with federal communication requirements, including the "Plain Writing Act of 2010" and Section 508 compliance
