Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Compile and organize decision files for rulemaking efforts
- Prepare searchable indices and categorize documents relevant to rulemakings
- Support FOIA response preparation and maintain administrative records for potential court submission
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience related to decision files and FOIA response
- Knowledge of Freedom of Information Act exemption categories
- Experience with document management and indexing
- Understanding of administrative record requirements for litigation
- Familiarity with Section 508 compliance requirements
