Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Records Specialist responsible for compiling decision files and responding to FOIA requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and organize decision files for multiple rulemaking efforts
  • Support FOIA response preparation and maintain administrative records for potential court submission
  • Coordinate with BLM staff to ensure all relevant documents are incorporated into decision files
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience related to developing decision files and FOIA response
  • Knowledge of Freedom of Information Act exemption categories
  • Experience with document management and indexing
  • Understanding of administrative record requirements for litigation
  • Familiarity with Section 508 compliance requirements
