Job Summary
To support contract management and procurement processes, the hybrid Contract Administrative Services Manager will manage contract requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with fiscal and legal requirements while working one day in the office and four days remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate contract planning and intake to ensure completeness and compliance with service needs and timelines
- Manage competitive procurement processes, ensuring integrity and timely completion of required documentation and timelines
- Utilize Caspio for contract tracking and workflow management, maintaining accurate records and monitoring invoice statuses
Required Qualifications
- Experience with contract development, procurement coordination, and invoice review
- Proficiency in using Excel trackers, SharePoint, or similar systems for documentation management
- Ability to interpret contract requirements, budgets, and scopes of service
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining audit-ready records
- Experience using databases and tracking tools to manage work documentation
