Job Summary
Overseeing and coordinating administrative support functions for a specified unit, the full-time Administrative Services Team Lead will gather performance statistics, provide direction and training for team members, and resolve operational issues in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and report statistics to support unit performance measures
- Provide direction, coordination, training, and support for the unit
- Administer company personnel policies and conduct performance reviews for team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Six years of experience in general office administrative duties or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Experience in providing leadership and motivation to team members
