Job Summary

Supporting the sales team in the West Division, the full-time remote Administrative Specialist - Sales Support will act as a liaison between clients and operations, provide customer service, and assist with administrative tasks related to client needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the operations team to address client needs
  • Support internal and external sales teams while ensuring customer retention through superior service
  • Resolve customer-related issues and provide ongoing service and problem resolution
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 or more years of experience in a medical field setting, such as a lab, doctor's office, or hospital
  • Current or previous experience with Labcorp is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with CRM and internal systems
