Job Summary
Providing administrative support for Human Resources and other departments, the per diem Administrative Support role will assist with tasks such as coordinating new hire swag and ID badges, ordering supplies, and monitoring HR communications.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in sending company swag and ID badges for new hires
- Order office supplies and monitor HR email correspondence
- Participate in various projects and assist with compliance tasks
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently in a remote setting
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
