Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Support/Scheduler to assist with the Illinois HCBS Waiver Quality Reviews project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule nurse reviewer activities, including onsite and remote reviews
  • Manage multiple calendars to prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure regional coverage
  • Track project activities and maintain documentation to meet contractual timelines
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Prior experience in administrative support, scheduling, or coordination roles
  • Experience supporting healthcare, Medicaid, compliance, or contract-based projects preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
