Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Support Specialist on a temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, sort, and delegate incoming emails within a high-volume, claims-specific inbox
  • Use critical thinking skills to determine the best supporting party for complex inquiries that bypass automated sorting
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the Claims Team in providing fast, proactive problem-solving for travelers
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years experience in administrative and/or customer support roles, ideally within an office setting
  • Proficiency navigating Google products & email servers on a MacBook
  • Ability to work 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday
  • Location: Ability to work primarily from home, but must be willing to attend on-site training in Richmond, Virginia
