Job Summary

To support a dynamic manufacturing environment, the temporary Administrative Support Specialist will provide essential administrative assistance, coordinate employee onboarding, and manage office operations while working remotely for a duration of 3 to 6 months.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and support, including onboarding and IT service requests
  • Professionally assist callers and route inquiries efficiently to ensure timely resolutions
  • Coordinate mail and package distribution, as well as manage office logistics and employee engagement activities
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SAP
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
