Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Support Team Member MCO O21.
Key Responsibilities
- Support division staff and families by answering calls and providing resources and information
- Handle paperwork for the MCO O21 department
- Work independently during normal business hours, 9 am-5 pm, M-F
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- No degree required; documented combination of skills/relevant work experience needed
- Person-Centered Thinking/Planning training is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google applications
- Must submit to a criminal background check and provide two references
- Displays detailed knowledge of waiver services and understands roles in administering Virginia Medicaid Waivers
