Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Support Team Member MCO O21.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support division staff and families by answering calls and providing resources and information
  • Handle paperwork for the MCO O21 department
  • Work independently and manage time effectively during normal business hours
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Documented combination of skills and relevant work experience
  • Person-Centered Thinking/Planning training is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google applications
  • Must submit to a criminal background check and provide two references
  • Knowledge of Virginia Medicaid Waivers and their associated services
