Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Support Team Member MCO O21.
Key Responsibilities
- Support division staff and families by answering calls and providing resources and information
- Handle paperwork for the MCO O21 department
- Work independently and manage time effectively during normal business hours
Required Qualifications and Education
- Documented combination of skills and relevant work experience
- Person-Centered Thinking/Planning training is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google applications
- Must submit to a criminal background check and provide two references
- Knowledge of Virginia Medicaid Waivers and their associated services
