Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Support Team Member.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering questions on calls and providing resources and information to division staff and families
- Handling paperwork for the department
- Displaying detailed knowledge of all waiver services and understanding the roles and responsibilities of entities involved in administering Virginia Medicaid Waivers
Required Qualifications:
- Documented combination of skills/relevant work experience
- Person-Centered Thinking/Planning training is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google applications
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Availability to work normal business hours, Monday-Friday
