Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Support Team Member.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering questions on calls and providing resources and information to division staff and families
  • Handling paperwork for the department
  • Displaying detailed knowledge of all waiver services and understanding the roles and responsibilities of entities involved in administering Virginia Medicaid Waivers
Required Qualifications:
  • Documented combination of skills/relevant work experience
  • Person-Centered Thinking/Planning training is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google applications
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Availability to work normal business hours, Monday-Friday
