Admission Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admission Counselor I to enroll students into Undergraduate and Graduate degree programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews with prospective students to evaluate their needs and provide information on programs
• Engage with students through various communication channels and assist them through the admission process
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-level service delivery and uphold policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or some college coursework completed; equivalent experience may be accepted
• At least 1 year of relevant sales and/or customer service experience
• Flexible to work either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday
• Must reside in an approved Central, Eastern, Mountain, or Pacific state
