Admission Counselor

Job Summary

To support student enrollment, the full-time remote Admission Counselor I will assist prospective students through the admission process via various communication channels, acting as a liaison to campus departments while achieving set performance goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct phone interviews with prospective students to evaluate their needs and provide information on program offerings
• Engage with students through phone, email, and chat to guide them through the admission process
• Collaborate with departments such as Financial Aid and Advising to ensure high-quality service delivery to students

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree or completion of some college coursework; relevant experience may substitute for education
• At least 1 year of relevant sales or customer service experience in relationship or consultative sales
• Flexibility to work either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday
• Residency in an approved state within the Central, Eastern, Mountain, or Pacific time zones
