Admission Counselor

Job Summary

Enrolling students into Undergraduate and Graduate degree programs, the full-time remote Admission Counselor I will manage inquiries through various channels, assist prospective students through the enrollment process, and collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews with prospective students to evaluate their needs and provide program information
• Engage with students via phone, email, and other communication methods to assist them through the admission process
• Partner with departments outside of Admission to ensure high-quality service and escalate issues as needed

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or completed college coursework; equivalent experience may be considered
• At least 1 year of relevant sales or customer service experience in relationship or consultative sales
• Flexibility to work either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday
• Must reside in an approved Synergy state within the Central, Eastern, Mountain, or Pacific time zones
