Job Summary

Guiding applicants through the admissions process, the full-time remote Admission Service Representative will process applications, prepare files for evaluation, and provide support to both applicants and university staff.

Key responsibilities
  • Process applications in the administrative computing system and prepare files for evaluation
  • Provide assistance to applicants and campus staff, troubleshooting issues related to admissions policies and procedures
  • Maintain regular communication with campus staff and assist in the development of training materials
Required qualifications
  • Experience working in an Admission or Registrar office in a Higher Education Institution or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of administrative computing and document imaging systems, preferably Banner and Salesforce
  • Ability to perform accurate data entry and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse individuals at all organizational levels
  • Familiarity with admission policies and procedures
