Key Responsibilities

• Initiate dialogue with prospective students and evaluate their needs and goals
• Provide accurate information about programs, costs, and benefits to assist students in decision-making
• Guide students through the enrollment process in compliance with university policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Relatable CRM experience is preferred
• Some college education is preferred
