Job Summary
To support student enrollment initiatives, the remote Admission Specialist I will assist prospective students through the enrollment process, acting as a liaison between departments while providing accurate information about programs and ensuring compliance with university policies.
Key responsibilities:
- Initiate dialogue with prospective students to evaluate their needs and provide program information
- Assist students through the enrollment process while adhering to university policies and compliance standards
- Promote academic offerings based on student needs and support their application progression to ensure persistence and success
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to foster a supportive community aligned with the university's culture
- Knowledge of academic and professional growth environments that enhance the student experience
