Job Summary

To support student enrollment initiatives, the remote Admission Specialist I will assist prospective students through the enrollment process, acting as a liaison between departments while providing accurate information about programs and ensuring compliance with university policies.

Key responsibilities:
  • Initiate dialogue with prospective students to evaluate their needs and provide program information
  • Assist students through the enrollment process while adhering to university policies and compliance standards
  • Promote academic offerings based on student needs and support their application progression to ensure persistence and success
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
