Job Summary
Leading a team of admission counselors, the full-time remote Admission Team Lead will oversee performance goals, provide coaching, and ensure exceptional service in the enrollment of students for various programs.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and drive team performance goals related to enrollment and conversion rates
- Evaluate employee performance and implement coaching and training plans to address performance gaps
- Monitor team schedules and provide statistical data analysis on performance against goals
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a sales and marketing environment
- Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of admission experience
- One year of leadership experience (formal or informal)
- 9+ months as a full-time SNHU employee required for internal applicants only
