Admission Team Lead

Job Summary

A company in the education industry is seeking an Admission Team Lead.

Position Responsibilities:

• Establish performance goals and standards while driving the team to meet or exceed these on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis
• Evaluate employee performance against established goals and expectations while coaching, monitoring and taking corrective action as required
• Manage team schedules for assigned admission counselors to ensure staff coverage during the team operating hours

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree, experience in lieu of degree acceptable
• 3+ years of progressive experience in a customer service environment
• 1+ years leadership experience
