Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Advisor responsible for guiding prospective students and families through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full admissions sales cycle for inbound leads from initial inquiry to enrollment
  • Engage with students and parents to qualify leads and drive enrollments using a consultative sales approach
  • Maintain accurate tracking of activities and collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless experience
Qualifications & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, admissions, enrollment, or consultative B2C sales
  • Experience in education, camps, enrichment programs, or youth-focused services preferred
  • Proven ability to sell high-consideration, premium products or services
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or HubSpot
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal, performance-driven environment
