Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Advisor responsible for guiding prospective students and families through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full admissions sales cycle for inbound leads, from initial contact to enrollment
  • Conduct discovery conversations with students and parents to qualify leads and drive enrollments
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Program teams to ensure a seamless experience for families
Qualifications & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, admissions, enrollment, or consultative B2C sales
  • Experience in education, camps, enrichment programs, or youth-focused services preferred
  • Proven ability to sell high-consideration, premium products or services
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience in meeting individual sales quotas
