Job Summary
A company is looking for an Admissions Advisor I.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts 50-75 outgoing phone calls daily to set appointments and interview prospective learners
- Processes applications and maintains accurate learner records in the learner management system
- Participates in weekly Admissions meetings and collaborates with other functions to enhance service quality
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant work experience in customer service or sales
- Minimum of 2 years of College Admissions experience
- 3-5 years of Sales or Recruiting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or ability to learn new technology quickly
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
