Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Advisor I.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts 50-75 outgoing phone calls daily to set appointments and interview prospective learners
  • Processes applications and maintains accurate learner records in the learner management system
  • Participates in weekly Admissions meetings and collaborates with other functions to enhance service quality


Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant work experience in customer service or sales
  • Minimum of 2 years of College Admissions experience
  • 3-5 years of Sales or Recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
