Job Summary
Admissions Advisor will work full-time in a remote capacity, focusing on applicant communication, operations, and event execution to enhance the admissions process and support prospective learners in achieving their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage applicant communications, responding to inquiries and ensuring a high-quality experience
- Oversee applicant operations, including application management and data maintenance in Salesforce
- Host and facilitate events to engage prospective and admitted learners, providing program insights
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Prior experience in workforce development, edTech, or equivalent training programs
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships
- Demonstrated commitment to the mission of supporting underserved populations
