Job Summary
Supporting the Institutional Relations team, the remote Admissions Advisor will serve as the first point of contact for students applying to university study and intern abroad programs, providing expert advice on program options and guiding them through the application process.
Key responsibilities
- Advise students on appropriate CIEE programs based on their academic interests and eligibility
- Manage high volumes of communication and provide individualized support throughout the application process
- Organize and host information sessions and events to raise awareness about CIEE programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
- Experience in student advising, customer service, higher education, or a sales-oriented field
- Study abroad experience strongly preferred
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to use technology to enhance performance
- Valid US driver's license
