Job Summary

Guiding prospective students through the admission process, the full-time remote Admissions Advisor will develop relationships, provide outstanding service, and drive application completion while achieving performance goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with prospective students through high-volume phone and email interactions
  • Advise students on Bovard College programs and encourage qualified applicants to apply
  • Drive application completion by following up with applicants and maintaining targeted conversion metrics
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in counseling or academic advisement
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable results in a fast-paced environment
