Job Summary
Guiding prospective students through the admission process, the full-time remote Admissions Advisor will develop relationships, provide outstanding service, and drive application completion while achieving performance goals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop relationships with prospective students through high-volume phone and email interactions
- Advise students on Bovard College programs and encourage qualified applicants to apply
- Drive application completion by following up with applicants and maintaining targeted conversion metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in counseling or academic advisement
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of achieving measurable results in a fast-paced environment
