Job Summary

Supporting national campus and university partnerships, the full-time remote Admissions Advisor will manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads, guiding prospective students through the admissions process while providing clear and honest guidance on programs, tuition, and funding options.

Key responsibilities

• Own a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads from initial inquiry through enrollment
• Conduct individual admissions consultations to assess students' goals and fit for programs
• Maintain thorough records of student interactions and follow up consistently in the CRM

Required qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, sales, or a comparable consultative role
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation demonstrated from day one
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• CRM discipline and organizational habits that hold up under volume
• Professional communication skills and personal accountability
