Job Summary
Supporting national campus and university partnerships, the full-time remote Admissions Advisor will manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads, guiding prospective students through the admissions process while providing clear and honest guidance on programs, tuition, and funding options.
Key responsibilities
- Own a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads from initial inquiry through enrollment
- Conduct individual admissions consultations to assess students' goals and fit for programs
- Maintain thorough records of student interactions and follow up consistently in the CRM
Required qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, sales, or a comparable consultative role
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation demonstrated from day one
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- CRM discipline and organizational habits that hold up under volume
- Professional communication skills and personal accountability
