Job Summary
To ensure optimal resource deployment in a dynamic environment, the full-time remote Admissions Command Center Specialist will manage real-time productivity, oversee inquiry volume, and collaborate with leadership to adjust staffing and workflows in response to patient inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Provide oversight of daily inquiry volume and dynamically redirect Admissions team members to meet service-level targets
- Monitor team productivity to ensure optimal staffing during peak inquiry times
- Collaborate with the data and insights team to adjust daily shift schedules based on short-term projections and trends
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in contact center operations or workforce management in a high-volume environment
- Deep understanding of contact center metrics and real-time decision-making
- Experience with contact center software and workforce management tools
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and make informed adjustments
